Wednesday Night Opening Ceremony Dinner
A buffet style meal featuring local whitefish baked with lemon butter and chicken smothered with bacon and cheese. The vegetarian entree is ravioli stuffed with cheese. Sides include wild rice, sautéed green beans with garlic & lemon, garden salad, and homemade sweet yeast dinner rolls.
